• Requirements for authorizing sale/refinancing/mortgaging and/or eliminating restrictive conditions imposed by the CRUV
• 1) Copy of the act of segregation/purchase/donation and others from the extinct CRUV, which details the restrictive conditions imposed by the extinct CRUV
• 2) Updated copy of a degree study and/or registration certificate not older than six months
• 3) Mortgage cancellation balance constituted with the extinct CRUV (balance)
• 4) If you are processing a loan with a banking institution, you must provide a letter with the type of loan, amount and purpose
• 5) If the customer is going to sell, he must inform by letter the reasons and/or reasons why he sells by letter
• 6) In case of divorce, they must provide a copy of the divorce decree, stipulation of marital property and a copy of the deeds of participation in marital property
• 7) In the event of death, they must provide a copy of the death certificate and declaration of heirs and/or resolution

We will not process requests that are incomplete regardless of person.
