The CARES Act made Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funds available, with Puerto Rico receiving funds to distribute to non-entitlement and entitlement municipalities.
I am including the 2019 CDBG-CV Program Financial Assistance Application for the first and second allocation of funds, which includes the categories established in the 2019 Action Plan. Once you have completed the Citizen Participation process, you can begin processing your application.
