Fulfilling the promise to continue issuing property titles throughout the island, Department of Housing Secretary William Rodríguez, along with the Regional Director of Housing in Aguadilla, presented property titles and vouchers to two families from the Department of Housing's Material Assistance Program in Moca. Mayor Ángel "Beto" Pérez and Representative Wilson Román participated in the event, which took place at Moca City Hall.
