Celebrating their 17th Quintana Cup tournament at the Juan César Cordero Dávila residential complex, the residents of that community dedicated the soccer tournament to Housing Department Secretary William Rodríguez.

Accepting the award, Secretary Rodríguez stated, "It is with humility and gratitude that I receive this recognition from the community of Quintana by dedicating the 17th Quintana Cup 2023 to me. Sports as a tool will continue to motivate our work."

Also participating in the event were Alejandro Salgado Colón, administrator of the Public Housing Administration (AVP), several community leaders, and staff from the managing agent of Area 2 of the AVP, MAS Corporation, which manages the Juan César Cordero Dávila residential complex, known as Quintana.
