Hato Rey - To help more families achieve homeownership, the Department of Housing has successfully closed two additional property sales from the inventory of the former Urban Renewal and Housing Corporation (CRUV). This initiative is part of the public policy established by Governor Jennifer González Colón and the Secretary of the Department of Housing, Luis Augusto Martínez Román, to promote and provide the necessary tools for more families to obtain their own homes. The documents were signed by the Assistant Secretary of the Department of Housing's Property Acquisition and Sales Secretariat, Ms. Michelle Díaz Navedo, and the legal representative for both families from San Lorenzo and Ponce.
