San Juan - The Secretary of the Department of Housing, Ciary Pérez Peña, together with her work team, met with Carlos J. Ríos Pierluisi, executive director of the Roosevelt Roads Local Redevelopment Authority, to discuss several proposals for the development of this important enclave in the eastern part of the island.
