Culebra – Last Saturday, May 17, the Secretary of the Department of Housing, Ciary Pérez Peña, visited the island municipality of Culebra and met with Mayor Edilberto Romero Llovet to discuss community-related issues and how to improve services for the families living there. Secretary Pérez Peña was accompanied at the meeting by Roberto Lefranc Fortuño, Executive Director of the Office for Socioeconomic and Community Development (ODSEC).
