San Juan - The Secretary of the Department of Housing, Ciary Pérez Peña, along with the Undersecretary, Omar Figueroa Vázquez, and the Assistant Secretary for Project Management and Development, José Carlos Collazo, delivered new surveying equipment to the staff of the Engineering Division attached to the Department's Assistant Secretary.

Secretary Pérez Peña stated, "This is the first time in 25 years that state-of-the-art equipment has been delivered to this division. The acquisition of these tools will allow our staff to take faster and more accurate measurements, reduce errors, and work on steep or complex terrain, delivering higher-quality results. This will make the processes for managing property titles, leasing, and land sales, among others, more agile and precise."
