A Housing Congress organized by the Puerto Rico Builders Association was recently held. The event addressed the following topics: Trends, Perspectives, and Challenges in the Housing Sector. As a special guest of the Congress, the Secretary of the Department of Housing, William Rodríguez Rodríguez, gave a presentation updating the agency's work, particularly with the CDBG DR recovery funds and the new CDBG-MIT phase, through which mitigation of the damage caused by Hurricanes Irma and María and the 2020 Southern earthquakes has begun.
