Secretary of the Department of Housing, William Rodríguez Rodríguez, participated in an interesting and dynamic discussion during the recent Annual Convention of the Puerto Rico Builders Association.

Rodríguez moderated the discussion on the topic "50 Years of History of the Department of Housing." Former Secretaries José Enrique Arrarás, Carlos Vivoni, Ana Carmen Alemañy, Alberto Lastra, and Fernando Gil Enseñant were panelists, discussing with members of the Association the characteristics and perspectives of each of them during their tenure as Secretary of Housing.
