San Juan – The Undersecretary of the Department of Housing, Omar Figuera, participated in the latest edition of the radio program "Pa'lante con AEELA," a program of the Commonwealth Employees Association broadcast on WSKN 1320 AM.

In the program, moderated by Mr. Luis Villar and Ms. Johana Millán, from the Communications Office of the entity that serves government employees, the Undersecretary explained, among other things, the progress of the recovery and reconstruction process offered by the Department of Housing through its CDBG-DR/MIT federal funding program. He also spoke about the Vivienda Joven program, which provides young professionals with the opportunity to obtain their first home and has already assisted hundreds of applicants, among other programs and projects of the agency.
