Guayanilla - The Undersecretary of the Department of Housing, Omar A. Figueroa Vázquez, participated in Governor Jenniffer González Colón's visit to the Municipality of Guayanilla, where he and several agency heads met with the mayor of that municipality, Raúl Rivera.

During this visit, the Undersecretary, representing the Department, formalized the transfer of two properties from the agency to the municipality of Guayanilla to relocate two families displaced by the damage caused by the 2020 earthquakes in the El Faro community of that town. The damage caused the ground level to drop and the Caribbean Sea to advance dozens of feet, affecting these families' properties.
