San Juan – With the goal of helping more families obtain their own homes through purchase and sale agreements, and in other cases where the properties they live on required the removal of legal restrictions, following the public policy established by Governor Jennifer González Colón and Secretary of the Department of Housing Ciary Pérez Peña, Ms. Michelle Díaz Navedo, Assistant Secretary of the Department of Housing's Property Acquisition and Sale Division, signed eight deeds. These cases are located in the following municipalities: Las Piedras, Moca, Arecibo, Carolina, Dorado, Ponce, and Salinas.
The photos show the moment when the attorneys representing these program participants signed the deeds. Among them were Attorney Félix Porrata Ruiz and Attorney Melvin J. Quiñones. Attorney Clarissa J. Martínez represented Moisés Nieves Rodríguez as the buyer of a property, and Attorney José E. Cruz represented Sonia Cruz Ramos, another buyer.
